Order Processing
Processing Time:

Standard orders: 8–15 business days

Pre-orders: Processed once manufacturing is complete. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on each product page.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional manufacturing is required. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship worldwide. Check what countries we do not ship to due to shipping restrictions.

For orders which include tracking, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update, especially for international shipments.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note these are estimates, not guaranteed:

Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.
4. International Shipping & Customs
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local customs office.

These fees are not included in your order total.

Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees cannot be refunded.

If your country requires a personal tax number, please include it in the order notes at checkout.
We do our best to assist with customs issues, but customers are ultimately responsible for any local import fees.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but is missing, please check with neighbours, building managers, or your local post office.

We cannot offer reshipments, replacements, or refunds for parcels lost or stolen after delivery by the courier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not available for returned parcels.
6. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are shipped once manufacturing is complete.

Customs fees are the customer’s responsibility for international shipments.
7. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers have a legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty
This EU right applies only to shipments within the EU. For all other regions, all sales are final.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of packaging
We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please email:
