Who is Studio Psycho?

We're an indie animation studio based in Australia run by our director (evil overlord) Nezha! We have a small but powerful crew studio from around the world dedicated to bringing HEATHENS to you! >:D

What is HEATHENS?

HEATHENS is an action-comedy dark fantasy indie animation series about demons, devotion, and an era coming to an end.

How can I support HEATHENS?

HEATHENS is an independently animated show, that means we're completely funded by people like you!! Every merch item you grab goes directly back into making more HEATHENS!

Besides merch though, every like, follow and most importantly SHARE makes a huge difference! The more eyes there are on our show, the more people know about HEATHENS. Indie animation domination!

Can I adopt a Hellhound?

Hellhounds can be found at the pound, orrrr you could grab your own here in lots of (safer) forms! We have hellhound plushes, enamel pin and stickers!

Ordering Questions

What does it mean the store is pre-order?

A pre-order means you're ordering before the merchandise has been fully manufactured.

Whilst we have some leftover stock from our previous Kickstarter ready to be shipped, there may be some items that will require additional time for manufacturing before being shipped.

Can I add items to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately, due to the way our store is currently setup, we are unable to add any additional items to an already placed order. Thank you for understanding!

How to change shipping address?

As long as your order has not been yet shipped, we can edit this information for you.


Please contact / email us with the following details:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Original Shipping address
  • New shipping address

Please note we are not responsible for any lost mail or refund/cancellations on orders where the address was incorrectly provided to us.

Can I refund or cancel my order?

We consider all orders placed final. We cannot refund /cancel orders and do not offer returns or exchanges.

What if my order was lost or stolen?

We're sorry this happened! :( We recommend filing a claim with the courier and providing any available photo or video proof. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reshipments or refunds for lost or stolen orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship internationally to majority of countries!

Due to shipping restrictions our shipping courier is unable to ship to some select countries. Please refer to here to check if your country is effected: Countries we cannot ship to

Please note that customers are responsible for any international custom fees that may incur. Refunds and cancellations are not possible for orders that are denied to be received by the customer.

When will you begin shipping orders after pre-order?

We are expected to begin shipping everything by February 2026. Depending on the item and what we have available some items may begin shipping earlier though.

What is the difference between processing and shipping time?

Our processing time for all orders is generally 8-15 business days.

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order before shipment.
Shipping time refers to the time it takes the postal carrier to deliver your order to you.

What is your shipping process?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From there, once your order is fulfilled you'll receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Does my order come with tracking? How can I track it?

All physical orders will be sent with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a email with the tracking number and link.

What are international custom fees?

Customs fees are additional taxes or duties that may be charged by your country’s customs office when your order arrives. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Customers are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with imported goods. If your country requires a personal tax number, please provide that in the comment of your order.

While we do our best to assist with unpaid customs claims, please be aware that customs authorities may impose processing or administrative fees. We recommend staying informed about your country’s customs policies to avoid any unexpected charges.
